|Hello GSE| 62.01 Ann Hanks GSE Outbound Chair D7690

Ann Hanks, GSE Outbound Chair for D7690 Piedmont, NC, was amazingly efficient that she started communicated with me, Rtn Language, by sending e-Mail in early since November 19, 2007. Actually it was shortly after PDG Phil and Karen of D7690 just returned home in Highpoint, NC, from Taipei upon completion of their Friendship Exchange program. Phil and Karen met me in Taipei in the later part of last October and took a photo picture of me at the dinner party hosted by DG C.T. Wu, D3480 Taipei.   From then on Ann kept sending e-mail in digging into every detail of our GSE Team and she would not stop until she could make sure everything was done to the schedule - I believe she drew up that schedule long time ahead.

|Hello GSE| 70.35 How many GSE Team Leaders in Rotary Club of Taoyuan?

[GSE 3500 PP Language]

In the history of Taoyuan Rotary Club how many GSE Team Leaders are there since its charter on November 6, 1961? One, two, or three, or more?   ”Three.”  Yes! Your right - exactly three, they are: PP Charles Tsai, PP OBS (Robert Hsu), and IPP Language (Vincent Lu).

PP Charles served as GSE Team Leader quite early when Taoyuan Rotary Club was one of the member clubs in District 345 - during that time Rotary clubs in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao were in the same district - D345.  PP OBS Robert served as GSE Team Leader shortly after Taoyuan Rotary Club became a member of D3500 covering Northwest region of Taiwan, i.e. Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli counties.  And IPP Language is currently serving as 2007-2008 GSE Team Leader and working busily on the Report of GSE Team Visit to D7690 Pidmont, NC, USA between March 28 - April 28, 2008.

So, how many GSE Leaders are there in your Club? Would you share your experiences with us?
